JUSTICE OFILI-AJUMOGOBIA HAS STEPPED ASIDE FROM VDM’S POLICE CASE AGAINST BLORD AND HAS DIRECTED THAT THE MATTER BE REASSIGNED TO ANOTHER JUDGE

The presiding judge, Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, recused herself from the case. She declined to continue hearing the matter and officially ordered that the case be reassigned to another judge. The judge just recuses Self From VDM’s Police Case Against BLord,

There are several common, legitimate reasons why a judge like Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia might step aside (recuse herself) from a case such as the one involving VDM and BLord. It doesn’t automatically mean wrongdoing often it’s about protecting fairness and public confidence in the court.

The judge can step aside if the judge has any personal, financial, or professional connection to any of the parties (VDM, BLord, lawyers, or witnesses), stepping aside is the proper legal step and if there is no actual bias, if it could appear that the judge might not be neutral, recusal helps maintain trust in the judicial process.

Too, ifshe had previously handled a related case, investigation, or had prior knowledge of the dispute, she may withdraw to avoid influencing the outcome.

Blord may have raised concerns about her presiding over the case, prompting her to recuse herself to avoid controversy or appeals later.

From our correspondence people are saying it could be the video verydarkblackman made about Rita Ofili Ajumogobia the main reason she stepped down? Yes, it could be possible, but there is NO confirmed evidence (yet) that VDM’s video is the reason the judge stepped down. Because no official statement from the court and no confirmed report linking her refusal directly to VDM’s video

So saying “that video made her step down” would be speculation, not fact. The VDM video could have contributed to the tension but not necessarily the sole reason but VDM’s video might have influenced the situation indirectly.
